    Nutrition is a large part of a healthy bladder and pelvic floor. A healthy bladder diet avoids common foods and drinks that may irritate your bladder, causing more frequent trips to the bathroom and even loss of urine. Your hfitness UUI program provides a 4-week nutrition guide to help you gain better control of your bladder and pelvic floor.

    Hfitness UUI is a comprehensive 8-week pelvic floor exercise program to create a healthy pelvic floor. Basic and specialized muscle exercises provide training for pelvic floor muscle strength.
