How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account by signing into your account on hfitness.com. Use the ‘my account’ option to access your profile page. On your profile page you will find an option to cancel membership. Your cancellation will take effect on the next month (billing cycle). You will not receive a refund for the present month if you cancel after your billing date. If you have any questions or issues regarding account services, you may contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ function on www.hfitness.com.

How can I reset my password if I’ve forgotten it?

You can change your password by using the ‘sign in’ feature on hfitness.com. Click the forgotten password option to reset your password.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, all products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For DVD purchases, please follow the instructions provided on the return policy page at hfitness.com.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your hfitness membership, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To do so, you must cancel your membership AND submit email to [email protected] to request refund of initial membership payment. Both membership cancellation and email submission must be completed within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refund. You will receive confirmation of your refund request. Please allow 5 days for processing of refunds after confirmation email has been received.

How do I update my credit card on file?

You can update your credit card on file by signing into your account on hfitness.com. Use the ‘my account’ option to access your profile page. On your profile page you will find an option to update your credit care information.

Membership

What does my online membership include?

Your online membership includes access to all online hfitness content. This includes access to all online hfitness programs,  including workout modules, nutrition plan, bladder diary, hfitness education, hfitness blog and more! Hfitness DVDs are sold separately.

What does my DVD purchase include?

Your DVD purchase provides you with the same content but in a DVD version. Printed brochures and your DVD videos provide  workout modules, nutrition plan, bladder diary, hfitness education, and more! You can access the hfitness blog and questions section at hfitness.com. Please note that purchase of hfitness DVDs do not include an online membership. If you wish to have access to online content, a separate membership must be purchased.

Workout Questions

Where can I watch the workout videos?

Your workout videos are created in HD format so that you can view them on you computer, tablet, or mobile device. You can use a mirroring function to send this content to your TV as well.

What happens if I don’t start my program on the day specified or if I miss a day?

Your hfitness program allows for some flexibility. If you start on a different day than specified in the program calendar, just make sure you fit in all the workouts and educational videos throughout that week. Rest days are also built into your schedule. If you miss a day, simply use the next rest day to make up the workout that you missed.

The hfitness blog is a great place to start. You may find blogs that answer your questions and that discuss a variety of related topics of interest. You can also contact us through the ‘contact us’ tab with your specific question. Please allow 48 hours for a response, although we will try to answer your question as fast as possible.
