In 2012, Dr. Rapp (Hfitness creator) founded Global Surgical Expedition to provide surgeries to those in need throughout the world. To date, GSE has treated over 1000 patients and provided over 350 life-changing surgeries in Central America and Africa. Many of these surgeries have been performed to treat patients afflicted with severe urinary incontinence, pelvic prolapse, and fistula. GSE also places great focus on developing pelvic floor exercise programs internationally to help treat urinary incontinence and prevent the need for surgery.
