In 2012, Dr. Rapp (Hfitness creator) founded Global Surgical Expedition to provide surgeries to those in need throughout the world. Reaching across Central America and Africa, GSE has helped patients afflicted with severe urinary incontinence, pelvic prolapse, prostate cancer, prostate enlargement, and fistula. GSE also places great focus on developing pelvic floor exercise programs internationally to help treat urinary incontinence and prevent the need for surgery.
To date, GSE has provided over 825 life-changing surgeries | 49 surgical teams deployed | 156 foreign surgeon training sessions | $1M medical equipment donations | $1.9M volunteer professional services donated.
