1. All applicable orders (DVDs) will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, 8a – 6p. Hfitness uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx as its preferred carriers.

2. Shipping rates are based on your location. Shipping rates are shown during your checkout process and you will have a chance to review rates prior to final order confirmation.

3. If an order is on back order, we will notify you within 48 hours with an anticipated time for shipping. You will have a chance to cancel your order if this delay does not fit your needs.

4. hfitness is not responsible for lost packages. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from hfitness.
