Bladder Diary

A bladder diary is just that – a diary that keeps track of you bladder’s behavior. It is quite helpful for understanding how your bladder works and the problems your bladder sometimes experiences. It is a very important tool that helps you track your progress over time as you move through your hfitness program.

  • BLADDER DIARY: VIDEO is an instructional video that goes through a sample diary with you to show you how to fill one out and all of the bladder behaviors that it tracks.

  • BLADDER DIARY: PRINTABLE is a blank printable bladder diary. Fill one out during your ‘before you begin’ week. Then, when you have completed your hfitness program, complete a second diary to see how far you have come!
