Hfitness Prevention is a comprehensive 8-week program designed to help you obtain a healthy pelvic floor and avoid pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence (loss of urine), fecal incontinence (loss of bowel contents), pelvic and sexual pain, and pelvic organ prolapse (descent of pelvic organs such as bladder, uterus, and rectum).
Hfitness Prevention includes an introduction to the Kegel squeeze before beginning your first month of exercises that will isolate and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. This training will provide core pelvic floor health as you move to month two, when you will learn specialized exercises designed to target the pelvic floor weakness that cause stress urinary incontinence. Specialized exercises also target proper posture, breathing, and stretching to optimize pelvic floor health. Combined with additional education, nutrition, and technique modules, your Hfitness program will give you the tools you need to succeed.
